Let's face it, most of us want to be able to move and perform better, but sometimes we need some guidance on what do to and what we can correct. Many of us have good intentions when it comes to becoming more active, but unfortunately we can get injured by poor body mechanics, limited range of motion, or strength deficits. In order to address this we figure out what it is we are starting with via a thorough one-on-one physical therapy evaluation, after which we will develop a plan to keep you moving forward, reduce your pain, and get you back in the game!
