MYOFASCIAL DECOMPRESSION AKA "CUPPING"

Aside from the "red circle things" that people see from time to time, this form of treatment is great in improving fascial mobility, preventing scar tissue restrictions, pain relief, and improving range of motion. It is called "decompression" because it uses negative pressure to decompress sticky and tight tissues. It can also be used to facilitate (e.g. "wake up") underactive muscles or inhibit ("tone down") overactive muscles. Add in some stretches and exercises, and you're on your way to feeling better!
