Questioning life choices during the burpees. I signed up, I persevered, and I did it. I gained the experience of racing my first Hyrox in Las Vegas on February 22, 2026. First off, congratulations to all of the competitors. After having done it and at the time of writing this, my legs are reminding me of the experience, and a tough experience, it was. For those of you who don’t know, a Hyrox is an 8k run with 8 different workout stations in between each kilometer. The format
